Innovation and Partnership

G Purchase Construction Ltd work with all of our clients in a spirit of partnership. We believe that this ethos and culture benefits the delivery of all contract types and stimulates innovation and continuous improvement from within the parties.

We were shortlisted with Castle Vale Community Housing Association (CVCHA), in the category of innovation and partnership for the West Midlands' finals of the Constructing Excellence, Celebrating Excellence event at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham. This was in recognition of the hard work and dedication shown by the partnership team in the first year of the 4 year partnership arrangement in delivering tremendous progress and excellent customer results within such a short period of time. Staff and guests from both organisations celebrated the honour at the prestigious awards dinner, pictured below, in April 2008.
