Constructing Excellence
We are currently actively involved in two Constructing Excellence Information
Demonstration Projects with Walsall Housing Group.
Sustainable Training for Sustainable Communities
In association with Walsall Housing Group’s other Strategic Partners
and their Skills Agency, this Demonstration Project sets out to promote
the recruitment and training of local people within the Strategic Partnership
thereby addressing skills shortages within this sector, and increasing
levels of employment within the local community.
As part of this initiative we have adopted the Rethinking Construction Respect for People Toolkit to ensure that we optimise the development of our staff.
Proactive Customer Liaison
This is a joint initiative with Walsall Housing Group and its Strategic
Partners to develop and promote proactive Customer Liaison Procedures
and engage Customers actively in providing constructive feedback that
will formulate future programmes. This initiative is lead by our own Partnering
Manager and has been heralded by independent auditors as a shining example
of Best Practice in the arena of Customer Liaison.
As a development of this Demonstration Project the Partnership has released a Customer Liaison DVD.
