Trident Housing Association Decent Homes

We are delighted to have been confirmed as the partner contractor for Year 2 of Trident Housing Decent Homes programme.

Year 1 was completed successfully at the end of March and resulted in over 500 improvements being delivered in over 170 homes. The properties located in Birmingham and the surrounding districts had various works including new Kitchens, Bathrooms, Re-wires, Gas Heating and Windows installations.

The programme for Year 2 started in April ’08 and is even more ambitious! G Purchase Construction are planning and delivering ‘Decent Homes’ works in 585 homes with an expected budget of over £3 million.

Year 3 of the partnership will see the company concentrating on two major city centre schemes with the refurbishment of two major apartment blocks. These challenging schemes will deliver ‘Decent Homes’ to a further 346 properties.
