Charlotte Smith, who is studying for a BSc Hons in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying and also works as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for G. Purchase Construction Ltd, has been announced as West Midlands regional winner of the Association of Women in Property (WIP) National Students Awards 2008.

Charlotte wins a trophy, £500, free membership of of the Association upon graduation and the opportunity to participate in the WIP mentoring programme whereby a mentor will support her in her early career.

Charlotte will now go head to head with winners fron nine other regions across the UK, in a national final for a prize of £1000 as the "Best of the Best" which takes place at Claridge's in London on 23rd September 2008.
