North West Leicestershire District Council

G. Purchase Construction Ltd has been appointed by North West Leicestershire District Council to work alongside the Council’s own directly employed workforce to deliver the responsive maintenance service between July 2008 and July 2010. The works comprise:

• Responsive repairs and maintenance
• Void refurbishment
• Out-of-hours emergency repairs
• Gas repairs
• Solid fuel repairs

G. Purchase Construction Ltd has also been appointed as a framework partner to deliver disabled aids and adaptations for the Council and has undertaken a number of extensive adaptations and level access shower conversions on behalf of the Council.
